Learn how to make your own delicious, probiotic veggie snacks, along with some tips, tricks, and health benefits of fermented foods. Snack on prepared samples and make your own farm-fresh kraut or Cortido to take home with you.

We’ll provide the education, ambience, fresh produce, herbs, and salt.

We ask that participants bring their own cutting board, sharp knife, 1 quart wide-mouthed mason jar (or whatever kind of glass container you’d like to use for storage of your kraut), a kitchen towel, & a prep bowl.
