Relax and Reset with a 60 minute Vibrational Sound Bath or join an evening of Sound & Sauna with a hot-cold-rest-repeat approach (an additional 90 minutes). You will leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!

Joni plays an array or world instruments and her training in experimental improvisation, vocal skills and intuition sets her apart from other sound baths. Come under her wing for the sonic journey 🗣️

Bring all your comfort props that help you relax. Bring a suit and towels for the sauna.
