Fall BRIK Orientation 2025 with Nikki & Sharon

Nikki Warren and Sharon Kassity, founders of Kaia FIT, will be headlining our 2025 Fall BRIK Workout & Orientation! Bring a friend to find out more about Kaia, take the class and hear about our BRIK bootcamp.

Nikki will start with a FIT & FLOW class at 8am.
This class combines our signature cross-training with a total body stretch. It starts with a 30-minute workout that will help you gain strength, increase your metabolism, build endurance, and tone muscles. Then, we'll slow down and stretch for the remainder of the class. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Book in the app.

Orientation starts at 9am with Nikki and Sharon, who will get you motivated not only for a successful bootcamp, but also plant the seeds for a continuing journey of a healthier body and mind for you.
