Suzanne Edison
Suzanne Edison’s book, Since the House Is Burning, by MoonPath Press, was published in 2022. Her chapbook, The Body Lives Its Undoing, was published in 2018. Poetry can be found in: The Missouri Review; Whale Road Review; Lily Poetry Review; JAMA; and elsewhere. She has received artist grants from 4Culture of King County, Artist Trust, and Seattle Office of Arts and Culture. She lives in Seattle.
Heidi Seaborn
Heidi Seaborn is winner of The Missouri Review Editors Prize in Poetry and author of three award-winning books/chapbooks of poetry. Her third collection, tic tic tic, is forthcoming from Cornerstone Press (September 2025). Heidi is Executive Editor of The Adroit Journal. And holds degrees from Stanford and NYU.
Cindy Veach
Cindy Veach is the author of Monster Galaxy (MoonPath Press), Her Kind (CavanKerry Press) an Eric Hoffer Montaigne Medal finalist, and Gloved Against Blood (CavanKerry Press) a Paterson Poetry Prize finalist and Massachusetts Center for the Book ‘Must Read.’ Her poems have appeared in the Academy of American Poets Poem-a-Day, AGNI, Michigan Quarterly Review and Poet Lore among others. She is the recipient of the Philip Booth Prize and Samuel Allen Washington Prize. Cindy is co-poetry editor of MER.
After the featured readings there will be a sign up sheet at the door. Open Mic participants plase plan for 3-5 min reading.
Our space is curated for artists to freely and unapologetically express themselves. We invite individuals from all walks of life to support and participate in our open mic. So step up to the mic and read your favorite poem, engage in conversation with other local artists all while enjoying our beautiful wines.
