Step into the soft, radiant energy of Spring with inBLOOM—a soul-nourishing immersion in Reiki, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and Sound Healing. Together, we’ll honor the energy of renewal, inspiration, and awakening as we ask:

“What is arising with the sun of Spring? How am I in bloom this season?”

Join Reiki Masters Adam Riehl and Cameron Nagashima for a deeply spacious and restorative experience. You’ll be guided through a gentle yet profound Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, supported by the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred sound tools. All while receiving the nurturing flow of hands-on Reiki from two experienced practitioners.

We’ll begin with a gentle meditation and intention-setting to ground into the energy of Spring and what’s ready to awaken within you. From there, you’ll be guided through a soft, spacious Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to open the heart, clear stuck energy, and invite clarity. you’ll be immersed in a vibrational soundscape of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments—all while receiving hands-on Reiki from both Adam and Cameron. Join us if you are seeking emotional clarity, energetic renewal, nervous system rest, and a sacred pause to align with the blooming rhythms of Spring.

Breathwork:
