Pelvic Floor Pilates

Join this customised small group Pilates class using traditional equipment, including the reformer, to support your pelvic floor health, core strength, flexibility, posture and body awareness.

Whether too tight or too lax, an imbalanced pelvic floor can contribute to back pain, hip discomfort, incontinence, prolapse or other postural issues.
