Waldringfield & Newbourne - Trail Running

On July 5th we're back in Waldringfield with the perfect experience for runners of all abilities wanting to leave the pavements behind and get out onto some stunning rural trail running routes.

During the morning we'll head out onto the Waldringfield trails for a 12km / 7 mile run, close to the River Deben, where you'll be introduced to different trail running terrain, given tips and advice on finding routes, mastering technique and the best kit for the trails.

You'll be guided by Tom, an experienced trail and ultra runner, qualified running coach and Salomon ambassador athlete.
