Harvest Full Moon Yoga at the Neabsco Creek Boardwalk

🌕 The Corn Moon rises on Sunday, September 7. Join us for a magical evening of full moon flow yoga under the night sky. We'll welcome you with live acoustic guitar, move through a guided practice, and close with a calming sound bowl meditation.✨
Tap into the energy of the moon and reconnect with yourself in nature.

Don’t forget to bring a flashlight, yoga mat, water, and a small blanket. Dress comfortably for an outdoor nighttime workout!
