Dumpster Day + "Too Good to Toss" and Paper Shred

Save a trip to the landfill! Supervisor Boddye is partnering with PWC Public Works so you can easily dispose of old furniture, yard waste, and non-hazardous items, at the Lake Ridge Commuter Lot on Minnieville for one day only. PLUS... Paper shredding, glass recycling (cleaned bottles and jars only), and donations for items that are "too good to toss." It’s a great time for a community cleanup — let us know if you'd like us info for organizing one in your neighborhood. Please note, we cannot accept the following items:

Fuel tanks or drums
Motor oil
Household hazardous waste (this includes paint thinners)
Electronics (dispose of these at the landfill on Wednesdays and Saturdays, free of charge)
Antifreeze
Pool chemicals
Construction material
