Roasted Asparagus wrapped in cured ham with grated cheese!
Mallorcan Black Olive Tapenade and Fresh Rustc Bread!
- Main course (plato fuerte):
Paella Mixta - Chicken thigh, shrimp, Spanish rice, green bean, bell pepper, onion, garlic, saffron & smoked paprika!
- Dessert (el postre): Tarta de Santiago! (Spanish Almond Cake): almond flour, lemon zest, vanilla, eggs, & toasted almonds. Gluten free and topped with fresh blueberries, raspberries & whipped cream!
