We all know the arts are important, but do you know some of the benefits to including them in your life? Research shows that having creative outlets helps people to improve their mental health. So how can you add more creativity to your life? Catherine - co-owner of Oh!Arts in Mauston and creator of @HammerGams Photography - will be talking about some ways she has used everyday opportunities to include art into her days…even while raising three children and holding a full-time day job.
