Zen Painting Classes for Beginners

Zen Painting Classes Art for Beginners next 4 week block starts on Monday the 23rd of June for 4 consecutive Mondays.

No experience necessary. Beginners welcome! (Ages 16+)

Teen session ages 12 to 16 is on Wednesdays 4pm to 6pm.

Art is the best therapy that brings you into the present moment. As you focus on your desired outcome you may feel blissful states of mind as you connect with your creativity and allow natural expression to flow.

It can be freedom for a few hours staying offline to recharge yourself.

I recommend these sessions for people with stressful schedules. All sessions are guided so you can just relax into your work.

About your host:
Leila Lisa has completed an Advanced Diploma of Fine Arts and is a graduate of the prestigious Charlie Sheard Studio School in Redfern Sydney.

Leila Lisa won a commendation award at the TAFE Invitational Arts & Design Prize and has been in several exhibitions over the past two decades.

Cost is $160 for 4 weeks and includes all art materials & a large canvas that you get to keep.
