Lyndell is a distinguished transformational sound and energy healing practitioner, renowned for her multifaceted expertise in holistic wellness. She is a certified Usui/ Holy Fire® III Reiki Master and Trainer, as well as a SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing Practitioner and Trainer., SoulNar Sound Bath Facilitator, Sacred Cacao Journey Facilitator, and Nature Based Therapist.
Anna is a Yoga nidra teacher (certified 100 hours), Kinesiologist and experienced Usui/ Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. She is passionate about sharing these modalities to restore balance to your body and mind.
Sound is an effortless way of achieving a deep state of relaxation, and is also a powerful way of moving through blockages in the body. Our body searches for its own vibrational frequency by adjusting itself to match the resonance of the sound.
Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep or Non sleep deep rest (NSDR) is a powerful technique for gently guiding your body into its natural state of rest and digest. It is deeply soothing for the nervous system and allows you to reside in a deeply relaxed but aware state. Anna creates a uniquely scripted Yoga nidra for each individual experience.
Yoga Mats are available at the studio. Please bring a pillow and blanket for your own comfort.
