We’re experiencing the energy of the winter solstice period, a powerful time for introspection, leading towards renewal. Be gently guided in slowing down, reflecting on personal growth, connecting to inner wisdom - through meditations, journaling, paired/group work:
creating a safe and sacred space
earth connection meditation
silent introspection and journaling
heart-intuition meditation with Reiki
group sharing – how can we rest and replenish in preparation for renewal
using the breath to regulate our nervous system
