Is there a reality beyond our senses? Are our senses the shadow of a deeper, underlying reality? Can we make sense of the existence of objects, causes, ideas, concepts or mathematics independent of our senses? Is metaphysical knowledge possible? Join the Socratic Society as we explore whether or not there is a reality beyond immediate sensory experience, whether that be Plato's Forms, the Absolute, the 10 dimensions of superstring theory or this post if we turn around. No prerequisite knowledge is required, only curiosity.
