Sip Sessions: Cooking

𝐒𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Dumplings + Wontons 🥟
After a successful first session, we're excited to announce Gill Dinh be back at Perch Bar for another night of cooking — this time we’re folding dumplings and wontons together!

Gill will be teaching you how to fill, fold and cook up a variety of dumplings and wontons, as well as how to make 2 dipping sauces, fit for a ‘Dinh’ Sum feast (vegetarian options available)… and then, of course, we eat! Come solo, for a date night, or bring your crew, it’s perfect for all skill levels, no experience required.

Thursday 22 May
6:30pm @ Perch Bar, Shellharbour
$80 ticket includes:
• Hands-on dumpling + wonton class, both fried and steamed, with TWO condiments (dipping sauce and chilli oil)
• Drink on arrival (house beer, wine or soft drink)
• All ingredients supplied (vegetarian filling options available)
