Step away from the noise. Step into Presence.
Join me for a bushwalk along one of the Illawarra’s most beautiful gems – the Wodi Wodi Track to Mount Mitchell, with an extension to the serene Coalcliff Dam. This walk offers sweeping coastal views, wildflowers in bloom (Gymea Lillies), and the soundtrack of native birdsong.
We’ll explore Presence – what it means in practice, and how nature can guide us there. I define Presence as “who you are when you are not thinking” – a state of deep connection, spacious awareness and gentle joy. Along the way, I’ll share simple ways to drop out of your mind and into the richness of the moment, supported by the beauty all around us.
Expect:
🌿 Stunning views from Mount Mitchell
🌿 Tranquil waters at Coalcliff Dam
🌿 The company of like-hearted souls
🌿 Gentle guidance into stillness and awareness
This walk is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember your natural state of being. It’s also a wonderful introduction if you’ve been curious about my Rewild Your Soul gatherings – including my next paid event, Awakened in Nature at Thirlmere Lakes on Saturday 30 August.
Walk Details:
