We’re thrilled to host Travolo 2.0 — an intimate long table dinner set inside the art gallery at the Timbermill, happening Monday 11th August at 6:30pm.

This isn’t just dinner. It’s a story told in six incredible courses, crafted by Chef Gill Dinh, a 2024 MasterChef Australia finalist. Each dish blends her Vietnamese and Italian heritage in the most beautiful, unexpected ways.
