Meditation and mindfulness for self-discovery, mental and emotional health as well as healing anxiety, chronic illness and soothing trauma.
Meditation is a form of deep relaxation and is long proven to help manage stress, anxiety, chronic illness and pain.
Each week we focus on a different style of meditation, such as guided visualisations, progressive body relaxations, mantras, positive affirmations as well as breathing and mindfulness techniques. We will also gain awareness about our many facets of being through learning the languages of our physical body, mental body, emotional body and spiritual body.

Classes run weekly, every Wednesday, during school terms.
$20 casual drop in or $15 when committing to 3 or more classes.
This class is suitable for beginner and advanced meditators alike. Your meditation experience will be unique to you and will safely meet you where you are at.
Places are limited at this warm and cosy private indoor venue. Chairs, blankets and cushions provided.
Virginie is an experienced & certified Meditation Teacher of 16 years, a holistic trauma informed counselor, neuro-science coach and 7th generation Reiki Master Healer who has been actively facilitating classes and workshops based on mindfulness, emotional & spiritual well-being and energetic healing in Australia and online since 2009.
