- Sacred Voice Immersion: Connect with the primal power of your voice. Through guided practices and chants, you'll release blockages, find your authentic expression, and contribute your unique voice to a powerful group harmonic field.
- Somatic Practices: Reconnect with your body through gentle, guided movements. These practices help you listen to your body's wisdom, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and self-awareness.
- Conscious Breathwork: Harness the power of conscious breathing to clear stagnant energy and access expanded states of awareness. This dynamic breath-and-bodywork practice stimulates blood flow, awakens the nervous system, and supports deep emotional release—opening the body and mind for a truly transformative experience.
- Ecstatic Dance: Surrender to the rhythm and let your body move freely without judgment. This is a space for radical self-expression and uninhibited joy, where the collective energy builds into a powerful, shared flow state.
- Heart-Opening Kirtan: Come together in a high-vibrational celebration of Sacred Kirtan—an uplifting call-and-response chanting practice that opens the heart, deepens connection, and helps integrate the day’s transformative journey.
- Sacred Sound Journey: End the day with a restorative sound journey, where the therapeutic vibrations of gong, channeled voice, alchemy crystal bowls, monochord, drum and percussion, rebalance, tonify and recalibrate your energy.

- Unlike the bigger Lovefest festivals, this experience unfolds as one single, intimate journey, designed as a boutique-style immersion.

ABOUT ENTELECHY LIVING
Entelechy Living is a community not-for-profit Health and Wellness hub, housed in the historic Woonona Bulli School of Arts Building. Entelechy provides a diverse range of health modalities through a network of local practitioners, along with a variety of community-focused events hosted at the hub.
MEET OUR FACILITATORS:
LOUISE CHARMAN-JAMES
Louise is a sound healer, light language channel, sacrad singer and soul mentor. Through transformational programs, sound journeys and 1:1 sessions, she empowers her clients and students to express their authentic voices and share their unique soul signature energy with joy and freedom.
WILL MITRY
Will has been searching for answers to improved spiritual and physical wellbeing through a range of modalities since a young kid. On his journey, the practice that has had the greatest impact has been somatic breathwork. He has been practicing somatic breathwork for over 5 years and loves to share the techniques with anyone seeking improved emotional and physical wellbeing.
MIGNON MUKTI
Mignon Mukti is a transformational musician, sound healer, sacred activist and community builder. For more than 30 years she has used music and song as a powerful instrument for healing and creating unity and social change in her birth country South Africa, Australia and around the world.

AUTHENTIC CONNECTION
This is an alcohol and drug free event. All Lovefest and Entelechy events are intentionally sober events. This allows us to connect on the same wavelength, without any substances that impair cognition.

All items are optional, but will enhance your experience.
- Yoga mat, cushion & light blanket or shawl for sound healing
