Community Kirtan with Aum Yoga

You are warmly invited to a Kirtan Meditation evening with friends from Aum Yoga and Australian School of Meditation and Yoga, to be held at Entelechy Living, Woonona

Experience a wonderful night of Kirtan (the singing of sacred mantras) relaxation, breathwork and vegetarian refreshments.

Simply replax and let the sacred mantras wash away all the worldly worries.
