Fresh Pasta Making: Tortellini @ Lord Hobo Woburn

Join us for a Fresh Pasta making class hosted by Hoamsy!

🍝Come learn how to make traditional, spinach, or red pepper tortellini! Each participant will knead, roll, fill, and cut their own tortellini to later take home and cook. Choose between making: 1) Traditional tortellini with a ricotta filling ✨ 2) A spinach tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling ✨ or 3) Red pepper tortellini with a squash filling ✨ Everyone should head home with roughly 1 pound (or 4 servings) of tortellini they made from scratch, and hopefully really cool memories 🍝 Enjoy a tasty beverage (available for purchase at the venue) while you're making, and some great conversation from other pasta lovers. NOTE: Please make sure you don't have any allergies to ingredients before handling or ingesting anything involved in the experience. Those with serious food allergies should not attend. - Hoamsy
