Pacer Week

Here we go...! We're approaching the first Saturday of the month so it's time for us to organise our next Pacer Week 🤩

For our newer parkrunners, this is a chance for you to chase down - or wear! - one of our blue pacing bibs. They have numbers on the back to denote the time they're aiming to run or walk the course in and our volunteer Pacers do their best to hit those targets!

For it to be a success, we need Pacers... that's where you come in! Absolutely no pacing experience necessary, and we'd recommend you pick a time that's comfortably achievable for you.

We have bibs from 20-40 minutes, as well as 45 & 50. All our Pacers also receive a volunteer credit too.

We'll pop a separate post in this event so you can see which Pacers are already in place. Let us know if you'd like to fill a pacing gap! Thank you 🧡
