Exploring Malbecs and the Wines of Argentina

We will review the basics of wine covered in Introduction to Wine and explore Malbecs from France, Argentina and the US looking at their unique differences. We will then look at a Cabernet blend and a Chardonnay blend from Argentina. We will experience the differences between these unique wines paired with various cheeses. Five wines tasted: Argentinian White Blend, Argentinian Malbec Reserva, Argentinian Malbec Gran Reserva, French Malbec, and an Argentinian Cab Blend.
