9:00 AM – Opening Circle & Intention Setting & Storytelling

We begin by grounding into the day together, setting sacred space, and anchoring intentions. This is where your journey inward begins.

10:00 AM – Family Constellations

What is Family Constellations? A profound group healing method that reveals and releases hidden dynamics in your family or ancestral line. It allows you to step out of inherited burdens and into your own freedom, clarity, and strength.

12:30 PM – Nourishing Lunch Break

Enjoy a prepared fresh and organic meal. Take time to digest, rest, and reset.

1:30 PM Somatic Movement and Connection

Somatic movement is a way to bring body awareness to our emotions, moving them up and out. We will engage in playful connection with our environment to help us to get back into our bodies and shake off any loose energy, rewiring the neural circuitry with our physical bodies.

4:30 PM – Akashic Sound Healing Journey

What is Akashic Sound Healing? A blend of vibrational sound and intuitive channeling through the Akashic Records—the energetic library of your soul’s journey. Jillian will guide you through a soundscape that aligns you to your highest timeline and inner knowing.

5:30 PM – Expressive Visual Arts and Journaling

We bring the day’s insights and experiences outwardly onto paper with art supplies and pen to further integrate and assimilate the experience. This is where the pieces come together.

6:00 PM – Closing Circle A space to reflect, share, and anchor the healing received. 

What to bring?


Bring a journal and pen, and an eye mask or covering. The studio will be equipped with meditation cushions and bolsters, but please bring extra squish to make yourself more comfortable. Flowers to adorn the altar or other items of spiritual significance are welcomed! 

Tania Elena is an energy healer, artist, and guide with over two decades of experience supporting deep soul healing and creative reclamation. Her work weaves Family Constellations, Emotional Mind Integration, Crystalline Consciousness, Reiki, Light Language, Transformative Handwriting, and Soul Chart readings. Tania helps women release inherited burdens, ignite their intuitive gifts, and embody their wholeness.

Jillian Ribbons is an acupuncturist, osteopathic and metaphysical guide who works with the Akashic Records, sound healing, and energetic medicine to help clients align with their highest timelines. Her work is rooted in the wisdom of the body and spirit, creating a space where deep remembrance and soul retrieval can take place.
