Location: The Iowa Theater Winterset Stage, Winterset
FREE!
We’re excited to welcome back the Indianapolis Quartet to the Zenith Chamber Music Festival, this time at the beautiful Iowa Theater Winterset Stage. This performance is part of our ongoing mission to bring chamber music into unique locations across the greater Des Moines area.
In a truly one-of-a-kind experience, this interactive concert will allow the audience to help shape the journey of the performance. Guided by an emcee, attendees will vote on and influence the musical direction. Beginning with two contrasting pieces, the quartet will explore different styles and eras, allowing the audience to determine what comes next. This dynamic exchange makes for a truly one-of-a-kind chamber music experience. It’s a rare opportunity to engage with the music in an entirely new way, making it an evening you won’t want to miss.
Support is provided by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Iowa Arts Council, which exists within the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
