Introducing Our New Theater Space — The Warehouse on 2nd!
We’re excited to open our second “home” for live theater in Winterset with this performance at The Warehouse on 2nd! Since it’s our first show in the new venue, here are a few things to know:
•Location: The Warehouse on 2nd is located at 231 N 2nd Ave, in the back half of the Madison County Music Co. building (formerly Grip Tite). The entrance is on 2nd Ave, between Jefferson and Green Streets.
•Parking: Street parking is available on 2nd Ave, W. Jefferson, and W. Green. Handicap-accessible spaces will be reserved closest to the building entrance.
•Seating is General Admission. There are no reserved seats, except for patrons needing floor-level access due to limited mobility. If that applies to you, please indicate it when purchasing your ticket and we’ll reserve appropriate seating for you and your guests.
•Black Box Theater Setup. The stage is at floor level with tiered audience seating above it.
•Doors open 45 minutes before showtime. Arrive early to grab your seat and enjoy concessions.
•Concessions will be available and similar to the Iowa Theater—popcorn, candy, soft drinks, wine, beer, and select cocktails.
•Seating includes mostly cushioned straight-back chairs, with some folding chairs as needed. Feel free to bring a pillow or cushion for added comfort.
•Please note: this venue is not air-conditioned. We’ll have fans running, but dress for warm weather!
•All tickets are held at Will Call. No physical tickets will be mailed. Just check in under the name on your reservation—no confirmation email required.

Why Are There Multiple Ticket Price Options?
Great question! Two years ago, we launched the Fine Arts Scholarship Fund to support Madison County youth in music, theater, and visual arts. Since then, we've awarded over $8,000 in scholarships! When you buy your ticket, you’ll have the option to contribute.
Regular ticket prices: $15 for adults, $10 for youth
Scholarship supporters: $20 for adults, $15 for youth
That extra $5 goes directly to our scholarship fund—thank you for helping us invest in the next generation of artists!
