🎶 WHAT IS BAR IDOL?
Bar Idol is a six-week karaoke competition where vocalists compete for cash, bar tabs, and ultimate bragging rights. We’re calling all confident crooners, shower singers, and mic monsters to the stage at The Social Cocktail Lounge to prove they’ve got what it takes to be crowned the Bar Idol Champion.

📅 COMPETITION SCHEDULE
QUALIFYING ROUNDS
• Dates: June 21, June 28, July 12, July 19 (No competition on July 5)
• Time: 8 PM – 11 PM
🎤 Sign up and perform to qualify

• 11:30 PM: Two finalists will be announced each week to advance to the semi-finals
Eight total contestants will move on to the semi-finals

SEMI-FINALS
🗓️ Saturday, July 26
• Open Karaoke: 8 PM – 10 PM
• Semi-Finalist Performances: 10 PM – 11 PM
• 11:30 PM: Top 4 announced to advance to the finals
Voting will be a combination of in-bar ballot voting and Facebook Live audience votes

🗓️ Saturday, August 2
• Open Karaoke: 8 PM – 10:30 PM
• Finalist Performances Begin: 10:30 PM
One finalist will be crowned the 2024 Bar Idol Champion

• CHAMPION: $300 cash + custom Social Karaoke Championship Belt
• RUNNER-UP: $50 bar tab
• FINALISTS (Top 4): $25 bar tab each

🗳️ HOW VOTING WORKS
• Qualifiers: In-bar voting only (one ballot per guest)
• Semi-Finals & Finals: In-bar ballots + Facebook Live voting combined
• Winners will be determined by total vote count from both sources

✅ HOW TO ENTER
• Show up between 8 PM and 11 PM on any qualifying night (June 21, June 28, July 12, July 19)
• Sign up at the DJ booth with your name, song selection, and contact info
• Perform your heart out—audience votes determine the finalists each night
• You may enter again on a different qualifying night if you do not advance the first time (unless you’ve already qualified)
