Sound Sanctuary at 18 Springs

Come join us in a sound journey that focuses on pacifying the mind and body. Enjoy a deeply relaxing experience of being “bathed” in Reiki infused sounds and vibrations and guided meditation. A variety of soothing instruments are used such as chimes, gongs, crystal singing bowls, harp, drums, and more to assist you into a deeper state of consciousness. This meditative state nurtures body and mind and can be a wonderful avenue for awareness, self-discovery, and healing.

What to bring to Sound Sanctuary?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, bring something to cover your eyes (optional), and any extra props needed to make yourself comfortable while lying down or in a seated position for an extended amount of time. 18 Springs offers yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and backjack floor chairs to make you comfortable, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
