SLO Flo Yin Yoga with Latisa is an invitation to explore the present moment—physically, mentally, and spiritually. This grounding practice encourages students to meet themselves exactly where they are, gently exploring the edge between comfort and discomfort, and learning to discern between what feels painful and what simply asks for presence.

Rather than holding long poses, this class is about listening deeply to the body’s wisdom, honoring its signals, and opening to the possibility of transformation through stillness and breath. With Latisa’s supportive guidance, students are invited to sit with what arises—resistance, sensation, emotion—and allow it to soften, shift, and evolve.
