Sahasrara Softening: Face Yoga and Reiki with Athena

Unwind and realign in this guided ritual designed to melt tension from the face, jaw, and scalp while restoring clarity to the third eye and ease to the crown. Through breathwork, a yin–kundalini fusion flow, gentle self-massage, and light mobility, you’ll soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. Optional Reiki assists in clearing energetic blockages and enhancing calm.

This class supports relief from tension headaches, jaw clenching (TMJ/bruxism), tech-neck, upper-back fatigue, eye strain, sinus congestion, stress, and disrupted sleep.

Please bring: clean hands, water, and optional lip balm or face oil. Glasses will be removed for eye work; bring a case if needed.
Optional Reiki: Individual passes may include light touch or no-touch hovering at the third eye and throat areas.
