MINDFUL MONDAY'S (Sessions are: Mon 4th Aug, 2.00-3.30pm OR Mon 11th Aug, 10am-11.30am )
RECOMMENDED FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10YRS+
Choose from either a morning or afternoon session of chilled vibes and fun with the Mind Body Balance Academy team. The session will include yoga by candlelight & breathwork followed up with some relaxation time either journaling or enjoying some mindfulness games. Hopefully your child will come hope with a positive and peaceful mind set. No experience is required and all equipment is provided!
