Join us for an unforgettable evening of relaxation infused with the ancient sacred sounds of Yoga and Buddhist mantras, accompanied by acoustic drones, gentle world hand percussion, and singing bowls.

Drawing on 22 years of yoga practice, 18 years of Sanskrit study, and a lifetime of musicianship, Nicolle will guide you in a deeply restorative evening. The beautiful space of Muddy Waters will provide the props you need to set yourself up In a supported lying down posture while you receive the healing benefit of sound. You are also welcome to bring anything you know makes you comfortable, if you have blankets or bolsters that you especially like.
