We invite you to begin your Sunday with the slow-paced, grounding gathering hosted by Rashika Khemna. This session is designed to gently ease you into the day through self reflection and shared community space.
The session will open with 60 minutes of restorative yoga, encouraging you to reconnect with your breath and release the week’s tension.
Following the practice, we will take a 10-minute pause to enjoy a warm cup of coffee, settle in, and transition into a reflective state.
We will then move into a 20-minute sharing circle, offering a safe and supportive environment to express, listen, and simply be together.
This Slow Sunday Morning aims to create a moment of stillness in the midst of daily motion, inviting you to slow down, soften, and realign with yourself.
