Wab's got mail!

In the last year we've received over 450 postcards from you with messages for Premier Kinew through the Climate Action Team Manitoba website. Over 250 in the past two months. We read them all. You're scared for the future. You're afraid for your kids and grandkids. You're having trouble breathing and getting headaches because of the air quality. You feel betrayed because the party you voted for campaigned on climate action and now is talking about fossil fuel expansion. Some of you even campaigned for the NDP. You're angry.

We hear you and feel many of these same things! We want to bring these messages to the Premier and we need your help. Join us!

July 30 @ noon at the Manitoba Legislature. Reach out in our DMs if you submitted a postcard and want to read your message at the action.

BATHROOMS:

Bathrooms are at All Saints Anglican Church across the street from the legislature. The accessible entrance is on the far left of the Broadway side of the church. The washrooms are just inside the door and someone will be by the accessible entrance to show people the way.

ACCESSIBILITY:

You can be dropped off inside the legislature grounds with permission at the Broadway entrance. Parking is available on Memorial Blvd and on the surrounding streets. We will gather on the North side of the legislature. Speakers will be set up on the middle stair area. The grassy area in front is flat and at ground level but to access it you have to go around to the paved drive to avoid the stairs where the speakers will be set up.
