Vegan / Vegetarian Cooking Classes (evening session)

Learn the basics of vegan/vegetarian cooking to make wholesome main dishes and
accompaniments. Recipes will highlight legumes, grains, seeds and nuts and
summer vegetables including gluten-free options. Participants take home what
they prepare.

Time: 5:30 to 8:00 p.m
