Pound Fitness is 45min jam session with a full body workout where you may not even realize you are working out!
We squat, we lunge and we flail our arms around like we just dont care! It doesnt matter if your squat if just a simple bend of the knees and your lunge is a step back, or even if you stay sitting in a chair and just rock the arms! There are no wrong moves, and drum solos happen.
All ages and fitness abilities come together in this fun workout!
All you need is a yoga mat, but a bottle of water and towel is a good idea as well!
Classes are drop in based $10 per class, so if you're a busy person and can only come now and then, we can accomodate that!
Space is currently limited to 15 participants and it is first come first served if you are not registered via Picktime.

You will be required to sign a waiver.
Payment is in-person at the beginning of class via cash or e-transfer.
If it is *love at first strike*, punch passes are available which basically gets you a free class.
