Today Sat July 19th 2025 7:30pm-9:30pm at the Forks (West) side of the Esplanade Riel foot bridge by the Provencher Bridge. At the opening of the footbridge.

Peg City Contra Outdoor Summer practice and Contra Dance Lesson.

Family friendly, beginner friendly, all ages welcome that want to dance, no experience necessary.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, in clothes and shoes you can comfortably move in.

It is recommended to bring a filled water bottle, and any snacks you want to eat or share.

Please note any parking on site at the Forks is now paid $2/hr online only and helps support on going maintenance of the Forks historical site. Free street parking is available off site but leave extra time for a long walk back. Also note that the closest public washroom will be at the Forks so is quite a walk too.

Dances are all called, hosted by Greg Allan.
