Navagraha Sthapana Puja

Navagraha Sthapana refers to the ritual of establishing the nine planets (Navagrahas) in a Hindu ceremony. This involves invoking and worshipping each of the nine planets - Surya (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Mangala (Mars), Budha (Mercury), Brihaspati (Jupiter), Shukra (Venus), Shani (Saturn), Rahu, and Ketu - to seek their blessings and mitigate any negative influences they may have on one's life. The last two grahas are known as Chaaya graha.

Navagraha Sthapana, or Navagraha Puja, is a Hindu function dedicated to the nine celestial bodies (Navagrahas) considered influential in Vedic astrology and our Hindu way of life. It involves invoking, worshipping, and offering prayers to these deities to mitigate negative influences and harness their positive energies for well-being and prosperity. Our learned Priests are well-versed in the procedure and methodology for conducting the function.

They inform us that traditional items may include sankalpa, Ganesh Puja, avagraha puja, home puja & Aarti.
