About the event

MFC Mat Pilates Instructor Course
This course teaches the exercises outlined in the Teaching Pilates for Fitness Instructor book. Student learns modifications, anatomy, cues and safe execution of 30 mat-based exercises. Students also learn postural assessments, sequencing and Pilates history. This course is runs Friday Feb. 20 (6-9:30 pm) online and Saturday Feb. 21 (9-4:30pm) Winnipeg
