This will be our final Menopause Café of the year, and everyone is welcome — any age, any gender.

💜What is a Menopause Café?

A Menopause Café is a relaxed, informal gathering designed to break down the stigma surrounding menopause. There are no structured talks and no experts—just open conversation, curiosity, and understanding. Guests can share, listen, or simply enjoy the atmosphere over tea, coffee, and cake.🍰☕

The Menopause Café movement began in Scotland in 2017 and has grown across the world, with events now held in the UK, Bahrain, Mexico, USA, Austria, and India. The goal is simple: create space for people to talk about menopause, especially since many feel they should “just get on with it” and often never speak about their experiences.

Whether you participate in the discussion or simply come to observe, we hope you leave with a deeper understanding of how menopause impacts those experiencing it — and their families, friends, and colleagues.
