About Menopause Café:

It’s an open, friendly space for all ages and genders — no lectures, no experts. Just honest conversations about menopause, breaking down stigma, and supporting each other through stories and awareness.

The Menopause Café movement began in Scotland in 2017 and now takes place worldwide — and we’re excited to host it here in Winnipeg!

Come to listen, share, or simply enjoy the tea, coffee, and cake.
