Ground, Move, and Rest this Midwinter
Join a Yoga and Dance Workshop at Yoga Public, 280 Fort Street, downtown Winnipeg:

The evening begins with a grounding kriya led by Mariah, focusing on breath, alignment, and energy balance to create a steady foundation for movement.
DJ Pigeon will guide participants through a tailored sound journey and an intentional sonic experience, supporting embodied movement and deep sensory engagement. With over 20 years of experience in melodic electronic music, Pigeon creates space for rhythms, grooves, and basslines to breathe, allowing each person to move and feel in their own way.
Yoga and music intersect in this workshop to provide a natural, meaningful, and connective experience.
Participants are encouraged to prepare with a gently paced day. Yoga Public offers complimentary mats, towels, lockers, showers, filtered water, and parking. The evening concludes with an extended savasana and a cup of ginger cacao.
