AASSCC Spring Social - "Anti-Capitalist Pride"

🌈All alone on a beautiful pride weekend night and looking for something, ANYTHING, that lacks corporate sponsorship?! Do we have a deal for you!🌈

Changing up our regular schedule, the Fourth Bi-Annual Anti Anti-Socialist Social Club Club Social will be held at X-Cues on May 31st, from 7pm to late! This is a public event and fundraiser for anyone looking to learn more about the grassroots work happening in the city, anyone interested in getting involved, and the active organizers wanting to connect and build community!

Featuring:
➠ Lightning round intros for tons of local community groups
➠ 50/50 and awesome raffle prizes from cool local places
➠ Music, food, drinks, chit-chat, and awesome vibes
➠ Amazing local drag performers

Accessibility:
➠ Food, including vegan, available with ticket
➠ Please wear a mask. Masks available at the door
➠ Please stay home if you are sick
➠ Limited street and lot parking nearby
➠ Outdoor patio
➠ Please note that the venue is not wheelchair accessible and has gendered washrooms. We know this will be a barrier for some, and we intent to improve access in the future

Profit Transparency:
➠ Half of the proceeds from the event will be donated to @takehomemb, a local QTBIPOC arts house and artist-run centre
➠ Half used by us to run more free events and community projects in 2025!
