Making Jam - Food Preservation Class

This hands-on session will help you practice skills related to making jam. We'll have an introduction to water bath canning as part of this session. Register in advance at https://bit.ly/CLFoodPres25. $5 lab fee payable at door.

Class location is Trinity Lutheran Church & School, 910 Mound, Winfield. The class will be in the basement, but there is elevator access.

Participants should plan to wear closed toe shoes and pants for safety. (Hot jam dropped on a toe is no joke!)
