We must come together on *October 5th* for the *Windsor4Palestine protest*!
Marking two years of an ongoing genocide in Gaza and 77 years of systemic oppression by Israel against the Palestinian people. As Canadians, especially now that Canada has officially recognized Palestine as a state, it is our duty to demand more than words. *We must insist that our government impose immediate and comprehensive sanctions on Israel.*
These must include:
‼️ *FULL military embargo* (no weapons sales or transfers).
‼️ *Economic sanctions* against Israeli companies complicit in the occupation.
‼️ *Ban on settlement goods* entering Canadian markets.
‼️ *Diplomatic sanctions* such as recalling ambassadors and suspending cooperation agreements, and targeted.
‼️ *Sanctions on individuals* and institutions responsible for war crimes.
When we teach our children in schools to say *“never again,” it must mean never again for everyone not selectively.*
We will *NOT* normalize or stay silent as innocent Palestinian lives are stolen, and neither should Canada.
*Join us on October 5th* and stand firmly to end this genocide and to hold Canada accountable to justice and humanity.
