Up Close With Nature Smart Phone Photography - Windsor Great Park, Friday 8 August

Looking at nature photography from new perspectives with mobile phones.

This session is more than just taking photographs – it’s a grounding lesson in slowing down, developing our sighting skills and connecting to space in a calming natural environment.
We'll start in the classroom looking at our devices and learning some basic features/functions before moving off to the woodland where we'll learn to look at the world with new eyes as we slow down and notice the small things - the little changes in the light, the colours, the textures, in our surroundings.
You’ll learn some basic shooting options on your device as well as how to create more compelling photographic compositions. At the end of the workshop we’ll return to the environmental centre for a cup of tea and review our best shots as a group.
**Please ensure that you have a basic understanding of how to use the camera on your phone.
