The 3 P's ,Basics of Armored combat.

Hello folks Training session at the underpass / Jackson park Sunday Sept 7 noon

There are a few new people and some very rusty like myself that want to start training. Specifically armored combat style training. This will be form stance and basic movements the 3 P's , taught by myself and Doral. We may also throw in some pell basics. If this interests you keep an eye out for the event page. Duration 1-2hrs

I suggest packing a snack and we can hang out in the park if weather is good. In case of bad weather we will be at the underpass.

Suggested Equipment- sword(rattan or padded), shield, sturdy footwear and gloves.

I will be bringing alot of swords and shields as well so you can try different setups and to borrow. Hema style or training swords can be used for the 3 P's portion.

EXCLUSIVELY SWORD AND SHIELD TRAINING. Long weapons may be included in othere sessions.
