Chef's Signature Seasonal Dinner

Savor the best of the season with Club Il Cavallino Bistro’s Chef’s Signature Seasonal Dinner — a thoughtfully curated three-course prix fixe menu that celebrates local ingredients and Italian-inspired creativity. Each dish is designed to reflect the freshest flavours of the season, expertly crafted by our culinary team. This elegant dining experience offers a rotating selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts that change with the harvest.

This seasonal menu will include the following:

STARTER COURSE:

Shrimp Escabeche (Sauteed shrimp, garlic, lemon, olives, green pepper, red onion, parsley, toasted crostini)

OR

Fennel, Pomegranate, and Citrus Salad (Organic greens, shaved fennel, red onion, cucumber, goat cheese, pomegranate, orange sherry vinaigrette)

MAIN COURSE:

Braised Short Ribs (Braised AAA beef short ribs, red wine merchant sauce, caramelized onion potato puree, market fresh vegetables)

OR

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (Panko crusted lump crab, shrimp mousse, roasted red pepper, dijon cream sauce, sweet corn succotash, roasted fingerling potatoes, braised swiss chard, bacon)

DESSERT:

Lemon Panna Cotta (Lemon panna cotta, fresh blueberries, streusel topping)

Reservations are required as we will have a maximum of 32 seats for the evening. The largest table size accomondated will be 8 people (please call (519) 979-2937 if you would like to inquire for a larger party). There is no limit on time for your stay.

Your ticket will include your entire three course pre fixe meal as well as HST and gratuity. Beverages will be sold separately, and yes, we are fully licensed so beer and wine will be available for purchase throughout the evening!
