Run with Her 5k Run/Walk

Lace-up your running shoes and come support a great cause as we raise awareness and funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter.

The 5K race will take place on:

- September 28th at 9:30 am
- @ McHugh Park 9655 McHugh StreeT
- Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre.

New walkers and runners are encouraged to join us!

The course will take you through scenic routes in the park, and we'll have an aid station along the way to keep you hydrated.

Every registration includes a Dri-fit race shirt. Every finisher receives a Run With Her medal.

In addition to the race, we'll have a Kid's Run with a variety of fun activities for participants and their families to enjoy. After the run, we'll have music, food, and prizes. Plus, you'll have the chance to meet and connect with other members of the community who are passionate about making a difference
